Located in a nice neighborhood and very close to some big parks. Parking available in garage, driveway, and street. There is another bedroom available downstairs to rent downstairs also.

The 4 other guys in the house like to hike, weight lift, fish, and hangout in the shared areas. All chill people who will be working full time and/or taking some classes this summer.
