I own the home which is 3 bed / 2 bath and you’d be sharing the common space with me. I’m an early 40’s single gay male who moved to FL in Nov 2021. I now split my time between FL and NYC and when in FL, I work from home running a national non-profit organization. Looking for a respectful, non-smoking professional roommate. This is my home and I’d love to find a roommate with similar interests. I used to perform in NY and love music (broadway, opera, classical) and going to theater. I work in the food industry and love trying to new restaurants, drinking wine, and entertaining at home. I go out from time to time but I’m not into the club scene and I’m more likely to be up early on Saturday, hit a class at the gym and be at the beach by noon.
