The apartment is approximately 1,100 square feet with a loft area and the Master bedroom which would be yours. Featuring its own bathroom and access to the patio through your room. You will also have access to a shared storage room as well as all storage in the apartment. The apartment complex, 90 Degrees, is well taken care of and is a beautiful community. Away from the parties of Old Town, but a quick 20 minute drive will put you right in the middle of the action.

Me (30) & my girlfriend Kat (27), will be your roommates. With our dog, a Boston Terrier Alfred. We tend to keep to ourselves when home but are friendly and more than willing to hang out with whoever may come to us. Our dog also doesn’t bark nor bite (seriously, no barking at all) so that won’t be an issue you even have to think about and we’ll hardly, if ever, ask you to take care of him. He’s ours, so no worries. (Of course, unless you want to 😇) Come find out about us!
