One fully furnished room in my 3/2 with a pool home. Split floor plan so my bedroom is on the other side of the house. You will have access to the entire house, pool, grill, outdoor area.

I would prefer someone short term (2-3 months) with the potential to be long term if we get along.

I travel a lot for work so you will have the place to yourself often. Sometimes 2 weeks at a time.

I’m 39, owned the house for 4 years. Laid back, normal… gym, golf, a few drinks by the pool. I work from home 50% of the time and travel often for work so you will have the place to yourself a lot.

You must work full time.
