The communal living style home has private bedrooms with high tech finger print locks and shared common areas such as the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. The Johnson home has a newly remodeled kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, new pipes, gas stove, granite countertops, gas stone fireplace, laundry room with washer and dryer, bonus storage room inside the garage, and good size basement for hobbies. The home is in a quiet area with views of trees and a pond instead of only homes, yet still close to the city. The grocery store and other shopping is a convenient 2 minutes down the road, 5 minutes to recreation at the Battlefield National Park ( Canoeing, kayaking, hiking, biking, museum), 15 minutes to downtown via small roads with no traffic. Includes access to a canoe and life jackets. We are inclusive and diverse. This is a smoke-free premises, pet-free, and drug-free home with tenant background checks.
