The home is in a quiet area with views of trees and a pond instead of only homes, yet still close to the city. The grocery store and other shopping is a convenient 2 minutes down the road, 5 minutes to recreation at the Battlefield National Park ( Canoeing, kayaking, hiking, biking, museum), 15 minutes to downtown via small roads with no traffic.
