Miles's room

This is a new build house built in 2020. The house is located in a beautiful new build development, with great walking/running paths. The home is close to Robins Air Force Base, stores, and restaurants. Kitchen, bathrooms, living room are all furnished with brand new cabinets and granite countertops.

Room available is a good size, decent closet size with new carpet. Room is furnished with a bed with storage bins, dresser, night stand, and a large TV. All rooms in the house have individual passcode doors that can lock and unlock with a key or passcode of your choice.

Water, WIFI, and electric are included. Common areas such as the kitchen, living room, half bath are cleaned by a cleaning company and are shared with other roommates.

There are currently three roommates living in the house. All other residents stay to themselves, are very clean and friendly.
