Room has its own bathroom, spacious and decent size closet. Internet included and complex offers gym, theatre room, pool, party room and parking in garage! Room is furnished with trundle bed for short term tenants but can be removed for someone looking for long term. Shared kitchen and living space. Must be clean and good with kids. I have a 10 yr old special needs child who is very outgoing and personable so roomie must like kids. Pictures coming soon!

Clean, personable, no smoking, able to communicate and willing to clean after self in community space (living room, dining and kitchen). No parties in apartment or lots of company or long visits from guests. Again I have a special needs child whom I do not want to expose to people I don’t know.
