North 2nd Street

Looking for someone to take over my lease starting in either May or June. The lease ends on November 1, with an option to renew. The apartment complex is really nice and you would be getting rent way under market value since I have lived here a couple of years and you would be taking over my lease. The complex is called Portrait at Hance Park it’s a 2 bed/2 bath with parking included. You will be located on the 5th floor (top floor). Looking at subleasing my room & bathroom because I will be attending grad school in the fall and need to save up some money in the meantime. I’ve loved living here it’s a great location and everyone at the complex is really friendly, let me know if you have any questions!

There is one other roommate you would be living with she is a 23 year old female. She is very clean and has a small dog who is very sweet and well trained. She will prefer someone who is 420 friendly.
