Room is not big included is a closet and a small table desk, bed frame, mattress and box, covers and pillows (bed full size) and bring Tv 50inch . Can send pictures if needed of anything else. Pricing is negotiable. but terms are monthly\weekly with possibility of long-term monthly rental. Room will be available on July 1. All utilities included and please have a form of proof of income.
