Shayla's room

I have a furnished bedroom (Queen size bed, two night stands, dresser) in a two bed, one bath apartment. It’s newly renovated, well lit and super quiet. I don’t have people over after certain hours to be respectful of my neighbors. I don’t really love a lot of people over anyway. The rent is $700 plus half of the electric, which is usually around $100 in the summer, less in the winter. There is laundry on site but I will not lie and say it’s the best- I use it and it does work though. I don’t have WiFi at the moment but wouldn’t be opposed to splitting that as well. There is 55“ tv in the living room that I rarely even turn on- so that is all you. There are no pets allowed at the complex. It’s weird for me to put photos of the inside of my home online, but if we message in private I will gladly show them. It’s a really nice, clean apartment. The landlord will do a background and credit check.

I’m 39 and a bartender in the area. I moved back to Florida last year after spending almost ten years in West Yellowstone MT. I am extremely clean and organized, if you are not the same, it will not work. I smoke but there is no smoking of any kind in the apartment. I’m quiet and considerate. I drink casually. I don’t want anyone that does hard drugs- I can spot it from a mile away and just don’t bother. If you’re a bad drunk, don’t bother. I pay my rent early every month. I’m super laid back, love the outdoors. Spend most of my time working or with family. I would prefer a mature, like minded female, but am open to other options.
