Off street parking in driveway behind the house. A huge basement with storage space, and washer and dryer. The landlord is very reliable and responsive, lives in the area, and provides free lawn care and snow removal.
It is less than a mile walk to the Green with a lot of restaurants and stores, right next to a Whole Foods, half a mile from Burnham Park Pool, and easy access to the Patriot’s Path, Lewis Morris and Jockey Hollow park. Accepting of all genders, and LGBTQ+ friendly. NO PETS ALLOWED, per landlord. Available anytime after May 1.

I’m moving out for work and grad school, and so you would be living with my current two roommates, who are both women, and healthcare professionals in their late twenties.
