Nice front yard with a garden space huge pine tree out front over 100 years old. Four Plex so only six neighbors here. Houses on either side parks are close .2 bus lines 20minutes to downtown. Alberta Arts lots of wonderful restaurants. Have your job at least one year. And two references please
About the roomies
I’ve lived here for over 10 years. I’m easy-going and just enjoy life. I want a roommate who I can talk and laugh with. But definitely it will have their own space and privacy. I’d love to visit with you once a week or go for a walk or a movie. But be independent and enjoy your privacy you’re welcome to have friends over. Your space and time will be respected and the apartment is a quiet place to enjoy.I love to read and hike for an hour from the beach at an hour from Mount Hood
