Jacqueline's room

This is a great spot with beautiful views, free laundry, and a great upstairs neighbor. I am looking for someone to fill the second bedroom of the apartment. We would share a bathroom and the rest of the apartment.

I am a soon-to-be Ithaca College graduate, planning on staying in the area for my job next year. I am an easy-going and organized person. I would like to be friends with my roommate but I also respect boundaries and honor my own. I am big on communication. I hope to get a cat next year, so I would prefer a roommate that is okay with cats.
