UTILITIES INCLUDED. In the event of double occupancy, please call me for the special rates. Upon move-in: First month plus security deposit. No pets, no drugs, no cannabis, no alcohol, no smoking, no overnight guest. Day guest must seek approval first from the owner. Laundry and light kitchen privileges. Street parking has ample availability. Government issued ID, proof of income and background / credit check will be required w/c roommate will have to pay for. References verification.
