Your half of rent: The two-bedroom, one-bath, apartment is located in a two-story house in a quaint and quiet apartment complex. The neighbors below and the other neighbors next door are quiet, extremely kind, and friendly.

The apartment is on the second floor and is already furnished. The only furniture needed would be bedroom furniture. The room that is available is the master bedroom which includes two closets with ample storage.

The apartment includes hardwood floors, a washer and dryer unit, a single-stall garage, a shared driveway with plenty of space to park multiple cars, and central air.

My name is Haley, I’m 25 years old, and a professor teaching college writing. I love to spend my time writing, reading, watching movies, and painting. I tend to keep to myself, but I also don’t mind hanging out. :) I own a single cat whose name is Atticus. He is extremely friendly and sweet, however, he needs to be the only animal in the apartment.

I am looking for a friendly, clean, quiet, and conscientious roommate, who likes/doesn’t mind animals.
