Quiet complex with children playing outside on weekends. The bathroom is Jack and Jill where shower is shared and toilet and sink is private. Bedroom is furnished, but can be flexible. Close to airport and downtown.

I just renewed year lease and would like someone to stay for that time. Open to friendship beyond being roommates; dinners or shopping, but I also respect privacy. Also, open to sharing beyond lease renewal here or elsewhere.
