Laura's room

The room is furnished with an oak armoire, desk & chair, full length mirror and full closet, The room also has a queen bed featuring p5 Sleep Number bed with adjustable firmness on each side and an adjustable base with preset positions such as Zero G, Read, Watch TV, etc.

The three touch lamps in the room offer usb charging and an extra outlet each. A tv, featuring Roku steaming content is placed on top of the armoire, Just outside the room door is a dedicated coffee area with a Cuisinart K-Kup unit, under counter built-in refrigerator with top freezer, roll-out waste bin and upper shelving.

I work full-time locally in retail and like to spend time with friends and family on my days off. I have owned a motel and have successfully rented this room to a friend and 2 co-workers for a couples year each. I respect my tenant’s privacy and believe in good communication. I live with my 25 year old son who is a polite and respectful young man. I am a new grandmother and sometimes have the great pleasure of having my granddaughter visit for a couple hours.
