A peaceful private bedroom (11’x10.5’) located in a large single story residence in West Lancaster! The spacious shared bathroom is newly renovated and has dual sinks for your personal use. Our home has two separate fast WiFi systems (Spectrum and Eero), a Google Nest A/C system, Blink home security, in-unit Washer/Dryer access, and other amenities within the house for you to use. Driveway/street parking is available in front of the house when there is no street sweeping.

No smoking or drugs allowed within the property. Spare bed and desk currently available, but can be removed upon request.

There is one 20’s male in the aerospace industry who living in the main house. There us also one 30’s couple (male works in automotive) living in the guest house. I am an engineer (20’s male) in the aerospace industry as well.
