I am looking for a roommate to fill the other room in my 2 bedroom apartment near East and Culver. Preferably looking for someone mid 20s-early 30s, clean, respectful, easy going, good communicator, and trustworthy. I am pretty quiet on weekdays and work hybrid throughout the week. I like to go to shows, bars, friends houses and/or have people over on the weekends. I like to cook and drink wine and just chill out most of the time. Big plus if you’re involved in the local music scene like me or like to go to shows! Lease needs to be signed by May 1st!
