Main living areas are fully furnished. Unfinished basement is available if you need to store large furniture. Backyard space with yard care included.

Room: Private master suite. Bedroom is 11’ x 13’ (the larger of the two rooms) at the back of house, very private. Attached bathroom with plenty of shelving for storage. Large closet.

Utilities: all utilities, Internet, and home security system would be shared between two people.
