This a 3 bedroom duplex, one level with car attached garage. It has a fenced in yard, with a patio, air conditioner and a fireplace. You will have a private bedroom with a California king bed and will have your own private bathroom with tub shower combo. The 2 car garage will also be shared. Other bills that will be split are water, gas, and electric, and internet. Security deposit will be discussed when we meet and prior to moving in. I’ve already paid the deposit, but for my safety and protection will require some type of deposit. That can be discussed at a later time. Since the home is controlled by a management company ’you will need to be screened by them. Once the screening is done, we will both have to sign a year lease.

I’m a 61 year old male just looking to survive. I’ve been renting this house for last 4 years. I work as Occupational Therapy Assistant currently in the school system in Reno. I find myself in the need to find another who may be affected by the increased cost of rent in the Reno area. Even if want to downsize, the rent for a smaller place can be as high as what I’m paying now. My hope is that someone out there sees this ad and it’s what they may be looking for.
