Jose's room

The room is a furnished private room with a shared bathroom, in a new, remodeled house. Room has a big walk-in closet. The house is located in Valrico, a very quiet and safe neighborhood, and close to a lot of great stores hone Depot , Starbucks, Walmart, and many restaurants. No smoking or cannabis of any type, no drugs, no pets of any type. This house is a peaceful, and drama free environment. We are Christian people. This room is for a single person only, no couples. We are looking for a quiet and respectful person. Must pass background check. Can be short or long term.
