Private furnished room centrally located near shopping and hospital. Safe and quiet neighborhood with lakes and a golf course. Use of the kitchen with own cabinet and small fridge dedicated for your use. I ask that you clean up what you mess up. Washing machine and dryer privilege. Bathroom will be shared on rare occasions. Prefer non-smoker. Drugs and belligerent behaviors are prohibited.

I am pretty friendly, but quiet and laid back Christian. I love peace, absolutely no drama. I am solution oriented and believe any and all differences and/or issues can be solved. I am respectful of others and expect it in return. I am not cannabis friendly.
