The RJ Reynolds Tower in downtown #Winston. Note my apartment is a one bedroom, I would be staying in the living room where Im already at 99% of the time so I don’t mind taking the living room. The bedroom has double doors for complete privacy but it is a slightly small bed room and does not have a window. But it makes up for possibly for an interested person in the building has a ton of spaces to enjoy 24/7 without having to leave home, almost a little city in itself. Underground there is a half basketball court and two lane bowling alley downstairs that includes other recreational games. There is a 10th floor wide outdoor area with mountain and city views. There is a bike storage room, dry cleaning room (it does cost separately), two lounge rooms for entertaining or study and with pool tables and TVs, lastly a gym. I’ve lived here for about a year and truly love it but the rent is rather high and I’m out of town often so I’m hoping to find a quiet roommate who doesn’t mind sharing a small space and feeding my cat when I’m out of town (I need someone who likes cats as she is very sweet and social, she will paw on close doors if aim not in the living room if someone is there I’m hoping you won’t mind her around when I’m not home. One wild thing I do snore loud but because my misaphinia which is a sensitivity to sounds I need someone who doesn’t snore hardly, I wish it wasn’t that way as I get that’s a bit odd but can’t help it. With the double doors closed when the white noise from the building fans outside thar can be heard in the living room someone would have to be a very, very loud snorer for them to hear me.

Just me and da kitty. I’m a pretty laid back guy, granted I get excited when I play video games besides that you won’t here much outta me unless your up for random convo on world events. I have hand drums I play time to time will play them in one or the spots downstairs if your home. I also love playing music but ok with using my headphones when your home. Im a nerdy guy who loves random facts and all things news. I also love sports and always down for talking about but can respect someone’s space with not wanting to be bothered with convo.
