Gabby's room

The house is a two-story home built in 2014. You’ll have your own bedroom and the bathroom would be shared with one other person (he’s 21 and very clean and respectful). You’ll also have your designated space in the kitchen and fridge. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood near downtown Folsom. I also have a cleaning crew clean the entire house (including your room and bathroom) once a month, so it does stay nice and clean :)

There is one spot in the driveway that is also shared with the person you’re sharing the bathroom with. The current roommate usually just takes turns with the parking spot every other week. There’s plenty of street parking in front of the house for the second car.

I’m 28 years old and I work in the engineering field. I live an active-lazy life. I have a pretty busy life since I work a lot and travel a lot as well. I’m looking for someone who is quiet between 11pm and 7am during the week.

I will be moving out of the main bedroom and the person taking over my spot is my coworker, who is 29 and also has a similar lifestyle as myself. So the two house mates are both young professional guys.
