Michael Drive

So this isn’t my property, you would have to go through my landlord when it comes to rent, utilities, etc. however I have been living here for 2 years and can run you through what you’d be paying for. He wants us to approve of a roommate that’s moving in so there are no problems and having someone move in would help with utility bills. It’s a 4 bedroom house. Air conditioning and heating provided with a garage. we have a decent sized backyard with a fire pit and 2 bathrooms that we split up evenly.

I am 23, currently work evenings a front desk agent and do later hours so i’ll typically be up later in the morning than most. I’m a D&D nerd who likes rock climbing and video games as well as playing guitar once in a while. My friend Jarrett is 21, just recently finished college, and likes most of the same things I do. We’re pretty chill and will usually be out, in our rooms, or in the living room for movie nights. Our roommate Quentin is 25 and typically never leaves his room unless he’s working. He is very quiet, keeps to himself, and you won’t see him much.
