Robyn's room

I am renting out the 2nd bedroom in my apartment. It is very large could fit a king size bed easily. The walk in closet is like an office space. The bathroom is beautiful marble and modern. Samsung washer and dryer available for use. Amazing view of pool area and courtyard. Living room and kitchen is shared space. There is no furniture yet as we just moved in a few months ago. Fairly quiet apartment complex and lots of surrounding food places. Full size gym with yoga room. Reserved parking is an extra $25. Also small dog park. About a 15min walk to the trinity river. I do not mind reliable stable couples as I to live with my partner. Cannabis can be smoked inside but cigarettes must be smoked out on the balcony. We are a chill laid back couple that don’t mind having fun on the weekends.

My boyfriend and I currently live together with my dog. Cannabis is smoked in the home but cigarettes are only allowed to be smoked outside on the balcony. We are both very chill people. I’d prefer someone who isn’t to loud and doesn’t like to party at home all the time. We are quiet and reserved. We do not go out much. We work Monday through Friday and I work overnight so I do like it quiet during the day. I don’t mind noise just not to loud where it is rude. I don’t mind company as long as they are respectful And clean up after themselves. I am the social introvert and my boyfriend is a big introvert.
