The apartment is very large and luxurious. There is a full walk in closet and bathroom in the available room. On site we have a gym, CrossFit center, dog wash and park, resort style pool, package center, computer lab, game room, and free Starbucks coffee anytime of day! The room is a flat rate of $900 per month which is a little less than half of what I pay currently. I take care of power, internet and steaming services already so those will not be required. I am looking for someone who wants a stable long term roommate situation.
