Welcome to your new home! All bills paid. This newly-renovated home has generous bedrooms at affordable costs, high-speed WiFi, and onsite laundry. This centralized location is walking distance to Starbucks, restaurants & public transport. Large and well-manicured backyard offers a nice escape. Our spacious kitchen has stainless steel appliances and lots of storage for your items. With access to I-45, B8, and 610 you can be anywhere in town quickly. All bedrooms and front door have keypad locks.

Help us to have an awesome and welcoming community by adhering to these House Rules: Single-occupancy rooms Guests are permitted during guest hours but must adhere to the House Rules & Expectations at all times. Guest hours (9 am to 11 pm daily) No pets No smoking (inclusive of alternative smoking items and devices) No personal items left in communal areas (Kitchen, bathrooms, hallways, etc.) Must clean up after yourself. We provide cleaning supplies and once monthly cleaning via a cleaning service, but day-to-day cleanliness is each tenant’s responsibility Trash day is every Monday (large black trash bin outside) Recycling day is every other Monday (large green bin outside)
