Very well situated and furnished. Comes with a T.V, wifi, and a price overcap for utilities. Room comes with a study desk, and the bathroom is also spacious. The apartment is situated around a great deal of vendors and is a 5 minute walk away from the University of west georgia, would be an even shorter distance with a car.
About the roomies
I would consider myself a very open-minded individual and so is my other roommate. Very friendly and does not have a problem with you using their things as long as you return it to them in the state it was given to you. Also emotionally aware which is a plus.
