Hello! My partner and I are looking for a dependable and private roommate with positive vibes to share our two bedroom apartment near the beach. Our apartment complex is walking distance from Venice Beach, and located near several local bars, restaurants, and shopping. Did we mention the beach? This large 20’ x 12’ room for rent includes a private bathroom/sink area, a ton of storage (2 closets and a linen closet), and a beautiful window view. Amenities included are utilities, high speed wifi, bbq, community heated pool, spa, gym, convenient store, gated parking and laundry facilities. Our apartment complex is a beautiful, peaceful community with lots of wonderful neighbors. Please also be a dog lover. We have a 2 yo mixed-breed pup named Hazel. To qualify for move-in, we will require proof of employment, an Equifax credit report, 1st month’s rent of $1800 + $1800 deposit. This is a month to month lease. This place is amazing, and we look forward to meeting you!

My partner and myself are working professionals. I am a full time artist. My partner is a high school special ed teacher. The community here is quiet and super friendly. It’s a beautiful place to live. Feels like a vacation rental in Hawaii but it’s home!
