Private fully-furnished room for $1,100
A private fully-furnished room in a recently fully-renovated 4 bedroom/2 bath house in Fort Greene. Bathroom is shared with another person. Your roommates are medical school students – ideally we prefer you to be a student as well.
$1,100 rent includes everything: electric, gas, internet, heat, laundry and all furnishings including towels, linen and kitchen items (plates, glasses, blender, etc.). All you’ll need is your suitcase of personal items to move-in. The places has an outdoor patio/yard with a grill, a dishwasher in the kitchen, and laundry in basement (there is also storage space in the basement).
Place is very central – an Uber pool to Manhattan is less than 15 minutes and usually costs less than $7, and can walk to Atlantic Terminal/Barclay’s Center and most subway lines, including F, G, 2/3, 4/5, A/C, B/D, N/R/Q and LIRR.
