Prospect Street

This is a spacious 2B, 2 bath (one side of a duplex) and a living room that can be used as a bedroom. We’re right off of Prospect and Keystone. I have enjoyed living in this neighborhood, as many of the people on this street have been here for over 10 years and they are friendly and kind. The people on the other side of the duplex are quiet and mind their own business. It’s very close to downtown (5 minute drive) and the cool part of Irvington. My only complaint is the rooster in the neighborhood likes to make his presence known by cockle-doodle-dooing every morning! *note: I’m not actually sure what the security deposit is, the number listed is an estimation of what you would pay. currently getting the information, will update once I know.

I am a 27 y.o. barista in Broadripple and an aspiring musician. Graduated with a degree in English/architecture history. I’m neat and tidy, and I have an early bedtime, though sometimes I like to go out with my friends on the weekend for drinks/dancing. I have shared a room or house with someone my whole life. The other person is an entrepreneur with a focus in child/adult therapy. He owns a few ducks and is a collector and artist in his own right. We’re fun but respectful people.
