Dan's room

For rent, avail April 18th: room in a two-bedroom one-bath house in Reynoldstown- $800/month (month to month) $800 deposit (will pro-rate partial month rent, if necessary). Pets OK with approval. No smoking in house. Share with a newly single gay 51-year old man. Off-street parking, live nextdoor to a small city park with lots of flora and fauna, 10 min walk to Reynoldstown MARTA, 5 min walk to Beltline and Cabbagetown. Very close to large shopping center with Kroger, Target and lots more. Dog park/cafe 1 block away. Room is semi-furnished - no bed or desk, but I have shelving, lamps, chairs, etc that can be put in. Fast and super-reliable fiber ATT internet will be split ($35 each) only other bills are gas and electric which are usually very low. I don’t have cable, but that can be discussed if you wish. Other amenities include: a Yamaha piano, dishwasher and fully stocked kitchen, full-size laundry machines, front porch with fan, a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Come have a look!

It’s just me - I often work from home, but not always. I tend to very quiet (I watch a lot of movies in my room.. haha), but of course, a friendly relationship with a roommate would be great. I rarely have guests (fine if you do, within reason - I just tend to socialize elsewhere). I love to cook and I try to keep the place as clean as possible, but I’m not obsessive about it at all. I’m easygoing- I do tend to prefer people who are fairly laid back, with a good sense of humor. (PS - I am not the owner/landlord, but that person is part of my family, so it’s a totally stable situation)
