Nick's room

Our house is located a few blocks away from the Heavenly Village and Stateline, Nevada. Located minutes from the lake, we have plenty of hiking/biking trails nearby for the summer and the Heavenly Ski Resort is practically our backyard for winter activities. The room we are looking to rent is inside a three bedroom/two bathroom house. We have a big yard with plenty of space for summer activities. My name is Nick (28) and I am the master tenant renting the house. I work as a sales rep for a beer distribution company. I’m always outside snowboarding in the winter and camping or mountain biking in the summer. The other roommate is Amber (40) who works at an art gallery and bartends at a sushi restaurant. She is very easy going and likes to cook. We are looking for someone who has similar interests!
