Booker Street

Hi there! My roommate and I are moving out because our jobs are taking us to different cities and we are helping our property management company find replacements for us! The house is on Booker St (right across the street from Kardinal Hall, Dairy Market, Rockfish, and more) and is a ten minute walk to the Downtown Mall. Super great location and very walkable! It has two bedrooms, plus a smaller room upstairs that could be used as either an office or a storage area. There is a nice sized closet in each bedroom and a washer and dryer. There is a full bath upstairs and a half bath downstairs. Most of the pictures included here are what it looks like empty, as the place will come unfurnished. Please forgive the moving mess in the bedroom photos! The rent is $1650 a month, and I believe there will be a $50 application fee and the usual background, credit, etc check. Utilities are usually $100 a month split between the roommates. Please let me know if you are interested!
