The apartment has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a living room (with TV), a kitchen, and a front porch that is wonderful for warm-weather lounging. Tandem parking space is available, as is easy residential street parking. Lots of extra storage space in building and coin-op laundry in basement. The available room has a closet, fits a queen sized bed and has space for a desk.

This is a great location; it’s a 12 minute walk to Porter Square T stop on the Red Line, and a 5 minute walk from the 83, 87, 88, & 90 buses. It is only a 12 minute walk to Harvard Divinity school and a 20 minute walk to Davis or Union Squares.

Our landlord is incredibly responsive to any maintenance requests. According to our lease, no smoking or pets are allowed.
