Im Jacob, I’m very reliable. I actually like to clean around the house. I have no debt so paying bills and rent is never a hassle. I plan to live near Harrisburg/Lancaster PA area long term. I usually work night shifts so I’m away during the night. I’m aiming toward working as a sleep tech. On my off days, I’m more of a homebody and stream live on Twitch. I stream ASMR stuff so overall I’m very quiet around the house. I would like to have a good connection with a roommate and help out if they need emergencies (like a car break down, picking up medicine if you are sick, etc)

About me. I’m gay, I love coffee, Chinese food, baked goods, video games, and sleep. I love cats, I don’t mind pets but I don’t plan on getting myself a pet anytime soon.

In the future, my bf want to move in with me around summer 2023. He would be sharing my bedroom with me. Would be benefit for everyone to save money. Also would help you move out anytime you want and we can take over the apartment. That way you don’t have to wait till the lease ends. I plan to live 2-3 years around central PA area and get a house in the future. If I do end up getting a house, you’re more than welcome to still live with me. That way you always have 100% security of having a roommate till whenever you want to move out :)
