Unfurnished private room, does have a television, but you can bring your own. Huge walk in closet. At&t fiber optic internet available. Kitchen access to all appliances to cook, I do cook and you can eat a home cooked meal. Dryer/Washer access. Back patio available for smokers. No smoking inside. Very clean and sanitary.

If you choose to be a roomie, you will love me and my 2 kids, son n law and Yorkie. We are laid back. We stay to ourselves and we don’t like or bring drama around. Very clean people.
