Sandy Springs is one of the best areas in Atlanta if you want to be near the city but outside the madness. Peaceful acre corner lot with lots of privacy and vegetation, and a sweet cat. Just over a mile to MARTA. Spacious room with photos showing king size bed, large corner desk, closet, bathroom, and big windows for natural light. You can choose to use any of the furniture or it can be removed. Bedframe is now installed and the swing chair has been removed. Gas, electricity, water, internet included. This bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor with the shared kitchen, and I stay upstairs. Hallway to rented bedroom and bathroom can be closed off from rest of house. Guests might occasionally use your downstairs bathroom.
