Great location, relatively quiet neighborhood, short drive to grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment. The room is the master bedroom it is currently furnished with a full size bed (new sheets, new pillows), two large desks, a dresser in the walk in closet and a hobby desk/shelf. There are two cats currently set up in the master bathroom if you where willing to care for them, feed, refill water, clean litter box, I would give a 50$ reduction in rent/month. Ideally a longer term lease, however month to month will be available at a $100/month increase 3 month minimum.

Currently one student , male, 18 to 22 age range, student will graduate soon. One female 22 to 26 age range working full time night shift. Two cats, they are about 3 and are siblings. pretty well behaved but a bit shy.
