Looking for a roommate in a small older home in the downtown area of Carson, it’s a two bedroom one bathroom. No more pets than what I already have, and you must be kind to them. Looking for clean, quiet housemate. Pick up after yourself, be courteous and respectful, basic stuff. One months rent as deposit will be required and we will split utilities 50/50. It’s just myself and the animals, my family lives near and comes daily to help walk the dog and with things around the house. They do come for dinner and games or a movies something as well. Also I’ll have a few bbqs as the weather allows, nothing out of control or regularly. I work weekdays, and usually come home, make dinner and watch some tv before going to bed. Very low key.
