3br/1bth home, looking to rent out one room. I own the home and will be residing in it as well. I have a dog and a fully fenced in backyard. The home is fully furnished besides the bedroom (potential for me to provide furniture as needed). Paved driveway with room for three vehicles. Washer and dryer in home. No dishwasher. Can be short term lease. Two rooms to choose from.

I’m a professional working at A&M. I am quiet in the home and very clean. I do have a dog that is allowed on the furniture so there is dog fur around. I work 8-5 on campus so I’m usually home around 5:30pm and go to bed around 11pm. I don’t really have guests over and never have parties at the house. I’m pretty quiet. I like to read, watch Netflix, workout, and play with my dog. I am looking for someone that is also clean and quiet who pays their rent on time. We can be friends or just cordially live together, whatever works for you. I prefer someone that is focused on school or a professional. No couples, no children please. Absolutely no smokers. I have a severe smoke allergy and asthma so that’s non-negotiable.
