Lombard Place

The apartment building is named the Palisades at UTC and there are a ton of amazing amenities. There is a massive pool and hot tub with poolside seating and cabana’s. There is also an outdoor kitchen/grill/bar space and an indoor clubhouse with games and communal spaces. There is also a fairly large gym in the building along with a steam room. And lastly there is a rooftop lounge.

My unit specifically is on the bottom floor and is a corner room with a large balcony. Because the room is on the ground floor the balcony is more like a patio and have enough space for an outdoor dining table and large outdoor sectional. The unit itself has a spacious kitchen and a built in washer and dryer along with two separate rooms and two separate bathrooms. The unit has hardwood floors and floor to ceiling windows that look out to the city. The communal spaces in the room, such as the living room, dining room, and outdoor patio will all be furnished but the room will not be furnished.

I recently finished my undergrad in Pittsburgh and moved out to San Diego to start my career as a software developer. While I was in college I was on the football team so I am still very active and like to go on hikes in the area and use the gym frequently. Aside from being active I like to hangout on the beach and sort of nerd out on my laptop occasionally. I also enjoy getting out and seeing some of the nightlife in San Diego and Pacific Beach!
