Nathan's room

This is a perfect room in a perfect location. Room is a 11x10 size room with a closet attached. Perfect for a queen size bed with plenty of room for desks and other furniture. You will have a private room with your own private bathroom. Washer and dryer in the unit as well. Living room has plenty of space to do activities with a couch and tv with mostly all the streaming services. Full kitchen area including an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and Keurig coffee maker. Lots of cabinet space for you to store food and other items you may need. Apartment complex has two massive pools with cabanas and lounge chairs. Two 24 hour gyms as well as an outdoor BBQ and grilling section too. Parking is included into the room so you can park anywhere inside the complex. If you have friends over they would have to park on the street which is first come, first serve. Super relaxed and great space for anyone. Apartment is on the corner of the building so there is natural light and only one neighbor next to us. Located extremely close to the 78 freeway and will take about 3 minutes to get to the freeway. Grocery stores are surrounding this area with lots of dining options as well. I am a clean person and like to keep the apartment as clean as possible. Just looking for somebody who has a good vibe and can get along well with. Cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle are the only forms of payment I will accept. Move in date is May 1st and can only be here until March 1st of 2023. Must have renters insurance as well.

I am a 24 year old male who works full time. I am gone pretty much from 7:30am-5pm Monday-Saturday with Tuesdays and Sundays as my days off. I work in sales so my schedule varies but I am genuinely gone around those times. When I am home though I usually play video games or watch tv. I do occasional cooking so I will barely be in the kitchen area. I am super into baseball so during the season you can find me watching that. I am a super relaxed person who goes with the flow and will not be a bother to you.
