Hi everyone! My partner and I are looking for a responsible, clean, and respectful roommate to join our lease starting beginning of June. Our house is located in Arcadia 🙂 must be lgbt friendly. No pets please. We are 420 friendly, and we ask that there be no smoking in the house.

We have one private room w private bathroom available. We would love to find a roommate we can be friends with! We are both full time working professionals, we have a dog, two cats, and a very sweet bearded dragon. We ask that whoever reaches out is respectful of the shared spaces being kept clean, and our animals being respected as if they were your own 🖤 we love to have fun on the weekends, go to concerts, and enjoy good cocktails/good company. During the week we lay pretty low as we work full time. Hoping to find someone with a similar lifestyle. Our house has a private pool in a pretty quiet and friendly neighborhood.
