I’m originally from Brazil, been living in California for over 10 years. You would share the apartment with me + my 18 year old niece that is staying until end of summer + my two adorable cats.

I’m looking for someone quiet, clean, and respectful. This is not a party place, but not a boring place either. Balance is the key :)
