About the room
Shared room available, would be rooming with Urivan (he/him) (age 20). There’s one bathroom in the apartment so we all share. Monthly payments are $750 for rent, utilities, and internet. Parking spots are available for an extra charge: $30 for uncovered spot, $40 for covered spot. There is also free street parking available close by. We live on the bottom story. There’s a gym, computer room, tennis court, and pool available to tenants. Lease length is 14 months, and will be ending July 21, 2023. There are ways out of the lease if you want to leave earlier, and can be discussed with Uri, Landon, and our landlord. You must be working full time in order to make the income requirements with our landlord. The apartment is located within walking distance of the Carlsbad Mall, multiple shopping centers, and bus stops. Unfortunately, photos of the room are unavailable at this time, since it is occupied by the current tenants (they’re moving out end of May).
About the roomies
Our names are Landon Jones (he/him) and Urivan Flores-Banuelos (he/him). Both aged 20. Landon has two pets, a dog Matcha, and a cat Miles. One more pet is permitted on the premises. We’re friendly and respectful. We enjoy watching shows together and walking Matcha. You must be LGBT friendly as Landon is bisexual and trans and please don’t be racist as Uri is Latino. We’re covid responsible and are both fully vaccinated. Uri and I do not smoke or drink. You may drink in the apartment, but any smoking must be done outside, according to the complex’s rules. Uri is attending CSUSM and Landon is planning on going to Palomar College part time next semester. We have Netflix, Hulu, Showtime, Crunchyroll, & Disney+ to share.
