You will have access to the kitchen, living room, shared bathroom, and a on unit washer and dryer. Preferably looking for someone quiet and around the age of twenty to thirty. Things to note: Utilities are NOT included in this price. Utilities are split among all people living in the house. Water, Trash, Electric, Internet. They range from roughly one hundred to one hundred and fifty monthly, it varies. Please call or message me so that we can setup a phone call and a tour of the house/room. Pet friendly, there are two dogs currently living here. Lease length is six months minimum. However one year is preferred.
